Dashboard Questions

Do I get a certificate once completing the course?

We do not prescribe Immersive Labs as a course, more of a library of interactive labs designed to facilitate a learning outcome which you can start at any point. We do not currently offer any certification for completing labs however we do sign-post which labs align to the CREST Syllabus.

Where is the training?

Immersive Labs does not provide training in the traditional sense. We sign-post our content to facilitate a learning outcome however also encourage self-research to solve the challenges. We want you to use your problem solving and analytical thinking skills to complete the exercises along with whichever resources you feel most comfortable with.

What do I do if I get stuck?

All of our content should give you enough information to point you in the right direction and use your own problem solving to complete the challenge however if you think something is wrong please drop us an email, support@immersivelabs.co.uk. We will never give you the answer, but we will check the service to make sure all is working correctly.

How do I report a problem or provide feedback?

If you think something is wrong please email support@immersivelabs.co.uk or submit feedback via the feedback button at the bottom of the Dashboard or Cyber Skills page.

Do we need to download anything such as a VPN client or use any plug-ins?

No, everything is delivered through HTML5 via an up to date internet browser.

Which Internet browsers is Immersive Labs compatible with?

Chrome, Edge, Firefox

How does your pricing work?

We price our service on a per user per annum subscription basis. The first purchase requires a minimum of 5 licenses. Please see our pricing page for more information.

Can I have my own copy on premise or download a version to a mobile device?

No, Immersive Labs is 100% cloud based. The service can be used on a mobile device that is connected to the Internet (additional charges may apply).
