Immersive Focus is integral to the growth of Immersive Labs, giving our customers an opportunity to voice their opinion and shape the future of our product. And after our most recent event, hosted by Bird & Bird, the importance of their role has never been clearer: they asked thought-provoking questions, shared big ideas, and reviewed the user experience honestly. For this we extend our genuine thanks.

We will of course be hosting another event in the new year, but until then, let’s reflect on what went down last time out:

  • A discussion with Client Engagement Manager Neil McEwan, who explained the importance of experiential learning and why we implement it in our platform
  • A discussion with Client Engagement Manager Kieran Rowley, who spoke about our dedication to the best industry frameworks and how we map our labs to MITRE ATT&CK and NIST NICE
  • A glimpse of our new Cyber Crisis Simulator, which throws the user into high-stakes scenarios and assesses their ability to make decisions under pressure

We also extend our thanks to Iain Ashall, SOC Team Lead at ITC Secure, and Andrew Gould, Detective Superintendent and National Cybercrime Programme Lead at the Met Police, who provided real insight by sharing their use cases. It is always a pleasure to learn how our customers are using the platform to upskill their teams and reduce organisational cyber risk.

The event was capped by a great networking session at The White Swan, so a big thanks to all who joined us for a few cold ones.
