About the webinar:
It has finally happened. That fateful call you’ve been dreading has finally come. Your organization has just been hit with ransomware and everything – everything – has been locked down.
What do you do now?
This is where our scenario begins. Join Chris, Kev and Paul from Immersive Labs as they navigate the rough waters of a major ransomware attack that has crippled the global operations of a fictional organization.
Using Immersive Labs’ Cyber Crisis Simulator and technical labs, our presenters will play key decision makers as they work towards getting systems back up and running as quickly as possible. But they each have their own secret agendas that’ll steer their decisions. They’re only human, after all.
Will they pay the ransom or try to work their way around the ransomware themselves? Will they tell the world what has happened or keep it firmly under their hats? And how will their decisions impact the wider business – its reputation, share price and corporate risk?
Inspired by the recent ransomware attack on Garmin, this webinar will throw attendees into an emerging crisis based on a real-life event. You’ll get up close and personal with WastedLocker and see both the technical and non-technical sides of the story. And, of course, you’ll have the opportunity to have your say in what our presenters do next.
- See the impact of the human element in an emerging cyber crisis
- Experience WastedLocker via one of our technical labs
- Examine missteps in responses to Garmin’s recent run in with ransomware
