Security Executive Roundtable
In recent research from PWC, 85% of CEOs said cyber threats came second only to the pandemic in their list of concerns. Despite this, further analysis found that just half of them believe their company could effectively handle a major incident.
Addressing this problem requires a deep bench of people armed with contemporary cyber skills. Specialist capabilities must be continually exercised to keep them relevant in a fast-paced threat landscape to build cognitive agility and minimize skills decay. However, legacy classroom training continually falls short by struggling to engage the creative and pragmatic mindset of security teams and becoming obsolete as soon as the lesson is complete.
