Do I get CPE and other credits?

Yes, you can claim Continuing Professional Education (CPE) credits for your cyber certifications by completing challenges on the Immersive One Platform.

Go to your Profile section Reports tab to download your CPE certificate. We also signpost which labs align to the CREST syllabus.

How does your pricing work?

Contact sales@immersivelabs.com for an offer customized to your specific business needs. We serve teams from a minimum of 5, up to global organizations with hundreds of thousands of users.

If you are an individual looking to start a career in cybersecurity and are over the age of 16, then you are welcome to join our Cyber Million program. There is no cost, and you will have access to content that will prepare you for an entry-level role in Defensive Security Operations. Just visit www.cybermillion.com.

Do we need to download or install anything to use Immersive One?

Immersive One is 100% browser based and is compatible with most up-to-date browsers. There is no need to download or install anything.

How do I report a problem or provide feedback?

If you are experiencing issues, please email support@immersivelabs.com, or select ‘Report a problem’ on the specific lab page, in-platform.

At the end of each lab, you have the chance to offer feedback.

Can we have our own copy on premise or download a version to a mobile device?

Immersive One is 100% cloud-based. You’ll need an internet connection to access the platform.

Parts of our platform are optimized for mobile use, including our organizational exercises, however most of our practical labs are only suitable for use on desktops/laptops with a screen resolution of 1920 x 1280 pixels and above. Our specialists can advise on specifics via sales@immersivelabs.com or when you request a demo.

What do I do if I get stuck on a lab?

Our content should steer you in the right direction, allowing you to use your own problem-solving skills to complete the challenges.

However, if you think something is wrong, contact support@immersivelabs.com, or select ’Report a problem’ on the lab page itself. We won’t give you the answer, but we will check the service to make sure everything is working correctly.
