Robert Reeves

Rob is the red team and pentest expert here at Immersive and primarily works with the Cyber Range and Cyber Range Exercising product lines.

Before joining Immersive, Rob spent a number of years as a consultant in the private sector - performing offensive testing and assessments across a variety of industries including financial services, healthcare, government and defence.  Rob specializes in testing against Windows and Active Directory, as well as other Enterprise products, and can often be found walking around the office stating that Windows is the best operating system and notepad.exe is the best text editor to anyone who will listen.  He is also adamant that implants should be written in C/C++ and never Go, running Nessus does not constitute a pentest and a detection by a tool doesn’t mean the gig is up, the blue team need to stop the attack.

Outside of work, Rob likes to spend his time with his daughter and tries to focus on a number of hobbies ranging from photography to building custom microphones or increasing the size of his ever growing synthesizer collection.
