Kevin spent nearly two decades at major international telcos managing some of the most critical challenges in the industry. He led incident response, business continuity, and security operations across regions worldwide - coordinating responses to IT, cyber, and physical security crises that affected 31 million customers and 110,000 employees. His remit included Emergency Services Networks and Critical National Infrastructure, where operational reliability isn’t just business priority, it’s a public safety imperative.
In these high-stakes roles, Kevin owned the full incident lifecycle: liaising with executives, embedding lessons across organizations, building and auditing incident playbooks, managing regulatory notifications and law enforcement engagement, and driving continuous threat landscape review and vulnerability remediation. He also led incident management functions commercially, combining technical expertise with business acumen to turn crises into learning opportunities.
Today, Kevin leads the Container 7 team of cyber experts. They create content, provide thought leadership, and deliver the threat intelligence and research that Immersive’s customers depend on. Beyond traditional threat work, the team helps customers navigate one of the defining challenges of the moment: how to adopt AI securely.
