Robert leads enterprise security at the frontier where application development meets AI. He focuses on two sides of the same challenge: building AI systems safely and using AI safely to build enterprise applications. He’s guided large enterprises through the practical complexities of agentic systems - implementing coding harnesses, guardrails, and observability frameworks; building model and agent evaluation systems; and testing and remediating AI implementations using the MITRE ATLAS framework.
This work builds naturally on his background. As an Application Security specialist, he spent years helping organizations build secure software development lifecycles: shifting left, embedding secure coding practices, conducting threat modeling, and securing deployments. That foundation in embedding security early and continuously now shapes how he approaches AI - ensuring safety isn’t an afterthought, but woven into design, development, and deployment from the start.
