Product Guide
In a rapidly evolving threat landscape, a "one size fits all" approach to human cyber resilience is no longer enough. Organizations need to build capability at every level, from individual upskilling and team-based technical exercising through to boardroom crisis decision-making, while maintaining clear visibility into where risk sits across the business.
Immersive One brings every dimension of cyber readiness into a single platform. It combines hands-on labs, team-based technical exercising, crisis simulations, and workforce exercising with continuous measurement and reporting. This guide outlines the platform's products and packaging structure. The specific entitlements for your organization, including user bands and exercising credits, are set out in your quote, which is the definitive record of what is included in your package. In the event of any conflict between this guide and your agreement or quote, the agreement governing access to the Platform and quote prevail.

β
Every user in a group has access to the capabilities shown, with catalog content curated to their role. Hands-On Labs and Workforce Exercising have no usage limits for licensed users. Cyber Range Exercises, Dynamic Threat Ranges, and Crisis Simulations draw from your exercising credits.
β
Exercising Credits
Immersive One provides two forms of team-based exercising. Technical exercising develops your cyber and developer teams under realistic pressure: in Cyber Range Exercises, teams investigate complex incidents in high-fidelity environments; in Dynamic Threat Ranges, teams respond to attacks executed in real time across the entire attack lifecycle. Business exercising develops decision-making rather than technology: Crisis Simulations take leaders and cross-functional teams through dynamic scenarios to evaluate and improve response playbooks.
Exercising is funded by credits:
- Technical Exercising Credits fund Cyber Range Exercises and Dynamic Threat Ranges. One credit covers one team, of up to 10 users, in one exercise.β
- Business Exercising Credits fund Crisis Simulations. One credit covers one exercise, with no limit on the number of participants.
Exercising credits are allocated based on your resilience group configuration at the point of sale, and every group carries a guaranteed minimum volume. Credits are allocated for each subscription year and do not roll over. Additional credits can be purchased during the term. Your credit allocation is set out in your quote.

Pricingβ
Pricing is based on the selected platform tier, band sizes, and exercising credits:
- The platform tier (Core or Advanced) determines the features and functionality available to your users.
- The band size determines how many users in a resilience group can access the platform. For example, if you have 48 people in a resilience group, your band size will be 'up to 50'.
- Exercising credits enable teams within a resilience group to be exercised, as described above.
If you exceed the band size or exercising credits for a resilience group, we reserve the right to charge you for such usage at our then-current rates. Adding a new resilience group is a new purchase, and is chargeable at the point it is added rather than at renewal. Detailed pricing can be provided by your dedicated Account Manager.
β
License Restrictionsβ
Licenses are provided for your internal business purposes only. Use of the Platform for resale, managed services, or to provide services to third partiesβwhether for commercial reward or otherwiseβis strictly prohibited, except as expressly authorized in the agreement governing access to the Platform.
Licenses are on a per-user basis. The licenses cannot be rotated or transferred during the term of your subscription without the prior written agreement of Immersive.
Each resilience group's type is determined at the point of sale, based on the information you provide about the individuals in the group and the group type that best describes them. If actual usage differs materially from that group type (for example, a group licensed as Workforce being used for sustained hands-on
technical work or a group licensed for developer content is accessing wider lab content), we reserve the right, acting in good faith and following consultation with you, to adjust the group to the appropriate type upon renewal.
Where a resilience group is quoted with an unlimited band size, the price is based on the size and operating environment of that group at the point of sale, including the geographical location. If there is a material change to the group (for example, following an acquisition, or an extension of the group to a new territory, or a material increase to the group size (i.e., > 25%)), we reserve the right, acting in good faith and following consultation, to increase the price to reflect that change.
Expert-led services are described in our Statement of Services. Your quote is the definitive record of everything included in your package.
