Using Immersive Labs’ Cyber Crisis Simulator and technical labs, our presenters will play key decision makers as they work towards getting systems back up and running as quickly as possible. But they each have their own secret agendas that’ll steer their decisions. They’re only human, after all.

A bit about them:
Chris Pace serves as Technology Advocate for Immersive Labs and works to engage and educate organizations about the power of effective cyber skills and threat intelligence. In his role, Chris makes use of his extensive experience in delivering security solutions to all kinds of businesses. Chris worked closely with an elite group of experts as editor of “The Threat Intelligence Handbook”, a definitive guide to everything security teams need to know about threat intelligence. Prior to beginning his career in information security, Pace trained as a broadcast journalist. He has additional experience working in IT departments in both the public and private sectors.
Kev Breen is the director of Cyber Threat Research at Immersive Labs where he researches new and emerging cyber threats. Kev spent 15 years in the military serving as a Radio Technician and Trunk Comms Specialist before transitioning to a Cyber Security Analyst specializing in Malware Analysis. After leaving the military he continued to work in Cyber Security running a CIRT team for a defense contractor before joining Immersive Labs. Outside of work, Kev can be found publishing or contributing to Open Source tools and projects or reading a Sci-Fi book.
Jacob Williams is a SANS Analyst, certified SANS instructor, course author and designer of several NetWars challenges for use in SANS’ popular, “gamified” information security training suite. Jake spent more than a decade in information security roles at several government agencies, developing specialties in offensive forensics, malware development, and digital counter-espionage. Jake is the founder of Rendition InfoSec, which provides penetration testing, digital forensics and incident response, expertise in cloud-data exfiltration and the tools and guidance to secure client data against sophisticated, persistent attack on-premises and in the cloud.
