Do I get a certificate?

Immersive Labs is a continuous learning and development platform. We do not offer certifications; however, we do signpost which labs align to the CREST syllabus.

How does your pricing work?

We price our service on a per user per annum basis. The first purchase requires a minimum of five licences. For more information, please speak to one of our experts.

Do we need to download or install anything to use Immersive Labs?

Immersive Labs is 100% browser based and which is compatible with most up-to-date browsers. There is no need to download or install anything.

How do I report a problem or provide feedback?

If you are experiencing any issues, please email support@immersivelabs.com, or click on ‘Report a problem’ on the lab page.
At the end of each lab, you will have the chance to offer feedback.

Can I have my own copy on premise or download a version to a mobile device?

Immersive Labs is 100% cloud based. The service can be used on a mobile device that is connected to the Internet (additional charges may apply).

What do I do if I get stuck on a lab?

Our content should steer you in the right direction, allowing you to use your own problem-solving skills to complete the challenges. However, if you think something is wrong please drop us an email: support@immersivelabs.com. We will never give you the answer, but we will check the service to make sure all is working correctly.
