Protecting our customers’ data is really important to us. Whether the data contains personal or commercially sensitive information we want to make sure it is protected at all times.

To help us do this we have a secure file sharing option that allows us to share different file types with you, our customers.

SendSafely offers a secure email function as well as a secure file transfer option. The portal allows Immersive Labs and you, our customers to upload, share and retrieve files easily.

No, you just need your email address to access the information shared with you.

You will receive a notification email from SendSafely. You use the link to access the site and the files shared. Access to the documents shared via Sendsafely is controlled from the Immersive Labs end.

Our SendSafely instance is based in the EU.

Sendsafely uses industry standard encryption to ensure files are secure. Every file(s) or message sent via Sendsafely is encrypted at the device before being submitted to Sendsafely servers. 256-bit symmetric AES encryption key length is used. Because Sendsafely doesn’t have access to the data we store in our workspace as we hold the encryption keys.

Yes. If you have a preferred solution for sharing large files our team will happily use this. Alternatively you can say to the team you don’t want to use SendSafely at all and the team will share documents via email. Our preference is to share via SendSafely, it adds another layer of protection to your data.

Yes, there is a plug-in for Outlook and a browser extension available for Chrome.

Workspaces can be created to provide dedicated areas for the sending and receiving of files relating to specific customers and projects. Workspaces are used to share files with multiple recipients using uniquely generated URLs. Files can be stored in workspaces persistently and are accessible by users who have been granted access via the shared URL.
